ENTRY CRITERIA

THE RULES

All categories are awarded based on the decision of our independent panel of judges.

The deadline for entries was 10 April 2026.

Entries were for any initiatives which took place from 1 January 2025 – 31 December 2025.

Organisations from any country can enter their projects/initiatives from anywhere in the world.

The shortlisted finalists were announced on 25 May 2026.

The winners were announced at Breakbulk Europe’s Welcome Reception at 17:30 on 16 June 2026.

An initiative or project may be entered into more than one category. However, only one entry per category will be accepted.

Judges reserve the right, without prior consent of the entrant, to move entries to different categories if they feel it is more appropriate.

The judges’ decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into and no reasons given for decisions.

Judges will absent themselves from any discussions where they have a vested interest.

All information provided to judges will be used for the purposes of assessing and promoting the entries.

Winners may state in advertising and promotional material that they have won.

By submitting your entry you certify that, to the best of your knowledge, the information provided is correct and adheres to the specific requirements of that category.
Entry Form Requirements
- Entrants are required to complete the category entry form to convince the judges that they are worthy of winning this award.
- Three files of supporting material of no more than four pages each can also be included.
- Video footage can also be submitted but should be sent as a link within the main body of the entry and should be no more than 3 minutes in length.
