Łukasz is President of the Polish Abnormal Road Transport Association (OSPTN), Managing Partner at the Law Firm iuridica, ESTA Europe Board Member, ranked as a „Rising Star – lawyer of tomorrow” in 2015.

Łukasz  has over 15 years of experience in the industry, from the national and international perspective. He is representing national abnormal road transport industry since 2008 when the big development for heavy transport occurred in Poland. Recently he is engaged in the European Commission initiative for the evaluation of the weight and dimensions directive (96/53/EC) and national amendment of the escort car legal requirements. He is an experienced lobbyist and industry representative, involved in eFTI regulation (EU 2020/1056) and e-CMR implementation in Poland.

 Łukasz is an acknowledged specialist and advisor in the field of abnormal road transport, in 2022 he advised an investor on the transport of the largest load in the history of Poland (TBM transport from Opole to Babica).

Łukasz is also a speaker at numerous logistics conferences and a lecturer at the SGH – Warsaw School of Economics and the Kozminski University.

Ruediger Fromm held various management roles in heavy haulage and project logistics before joining Siemens in 2008, where he oversaw project logistics for Power Generation, Wind Power, and Energy Management. Until September 2024, he managed global project logistics for Siemens Energy Global’s Project Entity. Since October 2024, he has been the Logistics Business Partner for Siemens Energy Global’s Wind Power Business Area.

Agustin Harriague is Vice President, Logistics and Supply Chain Operational Excellence at Mitsubishi Power Americas, responsible for the strategy and execution of project logistics, transportation, and warehousing operations across the company’s power generation portfolio. He also leads the supply chain operational excellence team, focusing on governance, process improvement, and digitalization projects across the Power Generation supply chain.

With over 20 years of experience, including a decade in senior roles, he drives supply chain transformation with a focus on resilience, innovation, and talent development. Prof. Dr. Sven Hermann is founder and Managing Director of ProLog Innovation GmbH, professor for logistics & supply chain management at NBS Northern Business School Hamburg and chairman of the association LogistikLotsen für die Metropolregion Nordwest e.V. He worked several years in the logistics and purchasing business for industry and logistics companies.

Kidd currently serves as the Department Chair for Logistics & Supply Chain Management at San Jacinto College, where she leads the institution’s pioneering Bachelor of Applied Technology in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, the first program of its kind offered by a Texas community college. Positioned as a high‑impact solution to the region’s growing workforce needs, the program emphasizes real‑world import and export principles that prepare students for careers in trade compliance, analysis, and global logistics operations.

Kidd spent nearly nine years at the University of Houston, where she built one of the region’s largest and most respected supply chain programs. Before returning to San Jac, she served as President of the Houston Maritime Center & Museum, successfully launching its new home at the East River development.

Beyond academia, Kidd serves on multiple influential boards and committees, including the Energy Industries Council’s North & Central America Regional Advisory Board, TxDOT Maritime Division’s Project Scoring Committee, the Editorial Review Board for Breakbulk Magazine, and as a special advisor to the Board of Trustees of the Houston Maritime Center & Museum. Through these roles, she connects students directly to a broad network of industry partners and emerging opportunities across the supply chain sector.

Since September 2024 Claudia is leading a team of 15 employees that is providing first-level support for class systematic/ fleet in service questions, suspension/withdrawal matters, remote surveys and all matters regarding certificates for DNV classed / certificated vessels.

She completed her naval architecture and ocean engineering studies in Bremen, Germany, while also conducting parts of the studies in Australia and the Netherlands.

She started her career in classification societies in the technical sales support. Afterwards her focus was on process improvements and quality management with performance of audits worldwide.

Throughout 2024, Claudia was responsible for all Port State Control matters in DNV, including regular speaker events worldwide and representing International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) during the relevant PSC session at International Maritime Organization (IMO-III).

Since April 2024, Claudia is heading the permanent expert committee of the Deutscher Nautischer Verein e.V. (German Nautical Association).

Since 2010 Claudia is an active member of Women’s International Shipping & Trading Association (WISTA) and was the president of WISTA Germany from 2018-2022.
