Comark successfully executed a highly complex multimodal transport operation, delivering two heavy transformers from Turkey to a hydropower plant deep in the Austrian mountains. The journey required seamless coordination across road, sea, rail, and specialized transport equipment, ensuring safe and efficient delivery across multiple borders.
While ocean and rail transport were integral, the most critical and demanding phase was the overland transport. The inland journey involved steep inclines, tight mountain roads, and precise last-mile delivery, requiring expert planning and execution.

🔹 Navigating steep inclines and sharp turns – Specialized SPMT maneuvering ensured safe transport through difficult terrain.

🔹 Unforeseen breakdown – A critical rail wagon component broke, threatening to halt transport. Comark quickly sourced a custom-made part from Italy, preventing delays.

DENZAI* – Stand 2J10-K11
DENZAI successfully executed the overland transport of critical wind turbine components for a renewable energy wind farm in Kyushu, Japan. This project involved the movement of exceptionally large and heavy cargo, including a 59.27-meter-long wind turbine blade and a 78.18-ton Base Tower section, over a 50-kilometer route spanning urban roads, highways, and mountainous terrain. Egyptian Global Logistics* – Stand 2E50-F51
Egyptian Global Logistics (EGL) is proud to be nominated for the Heavy Lift Awards 2025, recognizing our role in the HVDC interconnection project between Saudi Arabia and Egypt. This project involved transporting critical components such as 7 super heavy transformers, each weighing 395 tons, across approximately 1000 kilometers. Navigating through challenging terrains and urban settings, EGL showcased exceptional logistical capabilities and innovative solutions, particularly in handling the complex maneuver around the New Capital Airport bridge with minimal clearance. Prism Logistics* – Stand 1A20
Prism Logistics has set a new benchmark by executing the largest multimodal logistics project using turnkey logistics solutions. We moved 34 SODCs with a cargo volume of 75000+FRT and a weight of 13000+MT (equivalent to 130 Blue Whales) with single cargo dimensions of 60+ meters in length, 10+ meters in height, and 1,200+MT in weight. The project spanned 600+ km by road and 900+ nautical miles by sea in just 364 days.
To manage this massive load, we deployed 400+ SPMTs, 3 flattop barges, 8 tugs, 2 self-propelled vessels, prime movers, pullers, and 1,400+ hydraulic axles. Our expert team of 400+ professionals—including engineers, marine captains, naval architects, supervisors, and operators—ensured safe execution.
The execution involved groundbreaking innovations, including a 4+km single-lane convoy, construction of three modular steel bridges capable of carrying 2000+MT loads, and a 2,500+ MT sideways Ro-Ro operation, optimizing berthing and reducing turnaround time. Sustainability remained a priority through refurbished steel, eco-friendly bypass materials, and in-depth route planning. The team managed 60+ railway shutdowns, built 75+ bypasses, and restored 1,500+ electric lines for uninterrupted cargo movement.
